You could go out; you could send out. Wouldn’t it be more fun to be pampered by your own Personal Chef who will cook for 4 or 6 people- you and a small dinner party?

I offer all-original recipes- You won’t find these dishes in any restaurant, giving you bragging rights with all your friends and, leaving you to linger after a great meal over coffee or wine with your friends while I have served, cleaned up and have bid you goodnight.

Chef Zaslow Menu
-All original recipes

1- Calzone with chicken with fresh made pizza dough, filled with chicken, and savory veggies in a savory pan Asian curry sauce. Available without nuts.

Served with:
Surprising Thai Watermelon Tomato Basil Salad- tomato, basil, watermelon, extra virgin olive, rice vinegar, and spices.


2- Calzone with Chicken In Zhoug Sauce- fresh made pizza dough filled with chicken, onions, garlic, bell pepper and plump green peas in Zhoug sauce – baked to a golden brown.
Served with:
Sovereign Sausage Salad- A delightful mixture of local greens and veggies dressed with a Vietnamese inspired salad dressing and with saute’d French cut Asian sausages.


3- Thai Fettuccini with Indonesian curried Chicken Meatballs –made with chopped celery, pine nuts, poppadum chilies and more- and paired with vegetables in a savory green curry sauce, served over pasta.
Served with:
Sovereign Sausage Salad- A delightful mixture of local greens and veggies dressed with a Vietnamese inspired salad dressing and with saute’d French cut Asian sausages.


4- “Around-the-World” Chicken Tacos. An exciting mélange of influences from five cultures- all served on a corn tortilla. Available without nuts.
Served with Fresh Green steamed veggies with Zaslow’s veggie sauce, and sour Vietnamese style homemade pickles.


5- “Chef Zaslow’s Jellyroll Meatloaf” – Fresh ground beef chuck and ground pork rolled up like a jellyroll, but not before it is stuffed with savory treats like saute’d onion, garlic, black olives, and cheese. Then baked into its busy wonderfulness- a “party” in every slice!
Served with either Zaslow’s Gnarly Potatoes – a Creamy scalloped potatoes with a twist- a crowd pleaser (suggested for parties of four).
Or
Served with Agave Rosemary Home Fried (baked-not fried) Russet potatoes, diced and baked with my blend of salt, pepper, rosemary and other spices to crispy fun.
And a Garden Salad (Greens mixture, onions, tomatoes) with a homemade dressing (choice of three).


6- Danger Dog- If you are a hot dog lover, like me, then try a Zaslow’s Danger Dog- two hot dogs in a large flour tortilla- with pastrami, onions, grated cheese and Zaslow’s Secret Red Sauce- like no other sauce you’ve tasted.
Served with Agave Rosemary Home Fried (baked-not fried) Russet potatoes, diced and baked with my blend of salt, pepper, rosemary and other spices to crispy fun.


7- Hot Dog Tasting Party
Ask me about throwing a “Hot Dog Tasting Party” –they’re a lot of fun- For up to 10 people, and you must have an outdoor grill and charcoal that I can use.

It’s not really about the hot dogs (I only use Hebrew National Brand)- It’s about the sauces and preps for the dogs.

I have 10 sauces –pick 6. I grill the dogs and put them in buns, each with the addition of one my hot dog sauces – then we cut the dog & bun into 3 pieces for easy sampling, or going back for seconds. You’ll want seconds!


Dessert
Fresh Hawaiian pineapple with local raspberries, or blueberries (in season) drizzled with dark chocolate.

OR

Flaky Puff Pastry filled with dark chocolate.
