Zaslow Crane is a chef, cook, educator, executive chef, entrepreneur, spice merchant, writer, ex pro photographer in L.A., and personal chef- working in the PNW (Mount Vernon Area)- as he seems to need to see a bit of something really green every day.
He enjoys food that surprises and delights him and often feels like the Rat in Ratatouille…Food combinations, spices, and sauces, make all the difference.
What’s more fun than having food delivered to your house? -Having a personal chef arrive to cook for 4 or 6 people – you and a small dinner party.
These are primarily original recipes- You won’t find these dishes in any restaurant.
I shop, prep, cook, serve, clean up (most of the pots pans etc, ) serve dessert and leave, leaving you to linger after a great meal over coffee or wine with your friends.
